So I&#8217;ve decided that I would not let myself go back to 170+ again!<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;ve decided to use <a title=\"My Fitness Pal\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myfitnesspal.com\/\">myfitnesspal.com<\/a> to aid me with my weight loss program.\u00a0 If you&#8217;ve noticed in the homepage, I have placed a counter on the top-right side of the page.\u00a0 I have lost 12 lbs so far, meaning I&#8217;m back to my original weight of 148!\u00a0 With myfitnesspal.com, I have tracked the amount of calories of the foods I eat everyday.\u00a0 I have set up a goal, and with this, myfitnesspal.com has given me a limit of calories that I need to eat everyday in order for me to achieve my goal.\u00a0 My case, I only have 1460 calories per day.\u00a0 I usually try to use only 1000 a day, and if I do some kind of cardiovascular exercise, it adds more calories that I can consume.
